New Condos Approved for North Side of Gainesville

Harbor View Apartments lie on the waterfront, close to Thompson Bridge in Gainesville. That location will soon be home to a new series of luxury condos after approval by the Gainesville Planning and Appeals Board.

The site doesn’t currently qualify for dock permits but the builders are hoping the new plans will make the site eligible.

Brett Mercer of Harbor Station, a Gainesville-based corporation, briefly described the plans for 114 condos reaching no higher than five stories and styled in the look of an old English village.

Little River Park

Little River Park is one of the smaller parks on the lake and is tucked just off Cleveland Highway, north of Gainesville. The park is a popular spot for early morning fishermen and is one of the best bass fishing areas on Lake Lanier. Read More Add Comment (0)
