We are new to the lake and wanted to know about the best places on the lake to view 4th of July fireworks. Any suggestions?

Hi - welcome to Lake Lanier

The best (only?) place to be on July 4th is down on the south end of the lake by Lake Lanier Islands. They put on a great show and a radio station puts on music.

Be warned though - if you go by boat or drive onto the Islands, it gets very, very crowded if the weather is good. Getting in and out of the area won't be quick.
