Simpson Park on Lake Lanier - Lake Lanier Parks

Simpson Park, located off Dawsonville Highway (Ga. 53), includes a boat ramp and picnic tables. It has two picnic tables in a beautiful secluded area with gorgeous views of the lake, and then a couple picnic tables more set off in the woods. If you want peace, quiet and beauty, this is the park for you.

Directions: Travel along Dawsonville Highway (Ga. 53). If you are heading from Gainesville, make a left onto Lynncliff Road (shortly after Lanier Bridge). Follow Lynncliff to Simpson Park Road. You will see a sign pointing towards Simpson Park. Make a left onto Simpson Park Road and follow it to the end.
